Test-environment - HAProxy dev branch

@mat1010 Do you have a way of running the HAProxy dev branch via Docker?
I have not found a way without manually compiling it.. ._.

I think we can't avoid compiling it, but I can streamline it to be directly build in our docker-compose "environment" so that it's not necessary to set this up manually. I will prepare this and open a PR.

That would be useful - If its not too complicated..
I guess it would be enough to set the HAPROXY_SRC_URL and HAPROXY_BRANCH on build time modify the official Dockerfile?
