Thai Localization - Withholding Tax Certificate Form

This module add the Thailand standard withholding tax cert report to the WT Certificates menu.

Usage

1. Go to Invoicing > Vendors > WT Certificates
2. Select document > Print 'WT Certificates (pdf)'
