In consultation with @mweidling, this is because the minimum workflow has two runs for 04.12.2023. Only one is visible in the graph, but presumably both are used for the calculation. Because the value in the minimum workflow is low, it pulls down the average. For 01.11.2023 there is only one run for all workflows.
