Quiver timeline - maximize processor parameter window #56

When hovering over the processors to get more information about the parameters, not all windows are "maximized", by which I mean that you have to scroll horizontally and vertically to see all entries - what is impossible because in trying so the hover is lost.
To show the entire table when hovering (without scroll bars) should solve this problem.

@noornoorie When using Firefox there still is a horizontal scroll bar but when using Chrome there is not. Could you please check what the reason is and fix it?
