I am trying to play around with the code and see if it is suitable to use for another project. I am trying to recreate the stressor layers.

I started with trying to run the impact_acceleration/stressors/art_fish/annual_catch.Rmd but when I run

source("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OHI-Science/ohiprep_v2018/master/src/R/spatial_common.R")

I get the error:

Error: Cannot open "/home/shares/ohi/git-annex/globalprep/spatial/v2017"; The file doesn't seem to exist.

This same "source" code seems to be called in every stressor script.
