It looks like most of the features described in this Hyrax guide are for the Hyrax-1.15 release (see here).

It is time to update it to the newest version. Some information will need to be modified/added, to make sure things are properly communicated. This, for example, will involve checking installation instructions that should work with the latest releases (Hyrax-1.17 and Hyrax-1.16). I will add below in separate comments things that I find along the way

What I see that needs to happen with any update to this documentation?

Start at the top.

  1. Replace Hyrax New Features 1.15.2 withHyrax New Features (1.17). Takes these from the Website's release info.
  2. Integrate the contents of Hyrax New Features (1.15.2) into the document. In particular:
    a) site.conf
    b) Hyrax Standalone Earthdata Login Client
    c) Metadata Store (MDS)
    d) Coverage JSON
    e) JSON-LD

Review Content

  1. Check and, when necessary, update broken URLs.
  2. Add a Docker installation instructions, or point to Docker Hub where the installation live. Currently there are installation for installing Hyrax from source or (signed) binaries.

Still needs to remain open. THere remain multiple broken links, and I need to add a corrected installation for RHEL8
