Update Guide

This PR updates the guide to that of Hyrax Version 1.16 or 1.17 , potentially closing #6 . The following items are needed for this to not be ready:

• Clean up documents in repo: remove all .txt files - not needed to build html.

• Build html locally

• New features of Hyrax 1.15.2 are being migrated:
  a) move site.conf to 3.5.2 DONE 👍🏽
  b) Move 1.1.6 EarthDataLogin to 1.7.3 DONE 👍🏽
  c) Move 1.2 MDS to its own Appendix.
  d) Move 1.3 COV-JSON to Appendix C.10 DONE 👍🏽
  e) Move 1.4. JSON-LD to Appendix C.10 DONE 👍🏽

• Integrate new features of Hyrax 1.16 described on Website to Guide

• Include New features of Hyrax 1.17 on Website to 1.1 New Features

• I have included a description that JSON responses work well for DAP2 but not necessarily with DAP4 (see Failed to get a json / covjson response following the hyrax guide, donwloads fine #12)

updating version

I am thinking about how to best do this: One idea is to :
1) Include the new features added in Hyrax 1.16 from website and merge. Then do a new version release of the guide via Zenodo with a version tag that matches that of Hyrax 1.16
2) On a separate PR repeat : Describe the New Features of Hyrax 1.17 and do another PR with another version release with tag 1.17

I have taken new features from the website releases 1.16.8 and 1.17, tried to best summarize them into few categories.
