cronjob: manual: inject new version box (#951)

cron_grass_old_current_build_binaries.sh:

- inject new version box which redirects to the latest stable version
- SEO: inject canonical link into all (old) manual pages to point to latest stable (avoid duplicate content SEO punishment)
