Long time coming, stopped working on it after the whole Microsoft fiasco, and MCC falling back to manually input auth tokens to log in.

MCC is actually usable in a non-interactive way these days, so thank you, @MCCTeam.

All changes are related to things updating in the wild, except for one that is a current issue upstream.

Added expandable exclusions list.
Uses masscan exclusions and adds every server that goes through mcc.

Added new feature --mcc to use the script with MCC
That means you can join the found servers and run scripts on them.
