Can't see option "Algorand Compiler: TEAL or PyTeal"

Before my query I'd like to say thanks for creating this package 👍

I came across this plugin and am trying to set it up. The docs state that after pressing cmd+shift+b, you should see a build task named "Algorand Compiler: TEAL or PyTeal" but the only options available are as follows:

I've got docker installed so, am I missing something?

Also, is it possible to use Algorand's Sandbox container instead of our own node?
