Cloze deletion

Hello, I have a problem with Highlight-cloze style
Regex line: ((?:.+\n)(?:.==.)(?:\n(?:^.{1,3}$|^.{4}(?<!<!--).))*)
I want to have multiple Cloze deletions in one flashcard.
for instance:
the default thing:

The laboratory measurements that reflect the availability of iron for {{c1::hemoglobin synthesis}} include the {{c2::serum iron}}.

But what I want is:
The laboratory measurements that reflect the availability of iron for {{c1::hemoglobin synthesis}} include the {{c1::serum iron}}.
Can anyone help me?
