Two way sync (Anki to Obsidian)

Changes are only reflected from Obsidian to Anki. Whenever I make changes on my pc or phone synced to pc, the changes are not reflected in Obsidian, but instead overwritten in Anki by Obsidian.

I think being able to edit cards within Anki might be nice in situations where you're on your phone and need to make a quick change, add a quick source, note, or tag.

i dont think it would be possible for an obsidian plugin to manage that
