sway-session.target conflicts with sway-services and sway-systemd packages

The addition of the sway-session.target causes other packages which provide this file to be in conflict, which in turn prevents the packages from being installed simultaneously.

I propose not providing this file as I think it provides little value on its own, and that it should be reserved for a proper implementation. Further the file is so simple that for it's usage in other cases, it is simple to include.
