Requires Windows Vista SP1.
Has:
- Dynamic rate control
- Frame throttling
- OpenGL/Direct3D9 interop based rendering
- DirectInput/Xinput input
- DirectSound/WASAPI/WinMM audio output
It intentionally does not have features like:
- Video recording
- Cheats
- Post processing shaders
- Rewind
