Hi mate. :) Yes, it's possible. Despite its huge size, Sonarr is on my list of applications to add to sherpa. I'll have a look in the next few days and see if I can figure out what will be required to make it work. |

Been having another look at this. Sonarr requires I posted a while back asking about this here: https://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?t=169597 I'm currently trying to compile this library and get it installed in QTS. |

Some good news to report: I've been able to get the Sonarr binaries running on one of my QTS NAS without My searches had always pointed toward using:
... to solve this, but it never worked in the past. Today, it does. I can't promise this method will work on all the *arr applications, but I'm keen to find out. Tomorrow, I'll build a Sonarr QPKG and begin integrating it into sherpa. 🤓 |

A prototype Sonarr QPKG is now available! It's only held together with duct-tape and cable-ties but it's a start. 🎉 And, for now, it's only available via the To switch to this branch, SSH into your NAS as the 'admin' user and run:
... then, to install Sonarr:
As this is a new QPKG and problems are quite-likely, suggest running sherpa in verbose mode so you can monitor the installation progress:
You'll see some pauses in display output for several seconds: perfectly normal. 👍🏽 It takes around 1 minute & 30 seconds to install on my test TS-230. It's an arm64 NAS (I don't have an x86-64 NAS available for testing), so please let me know if you have any troubles. |

Looks like the version of update: just trying to fudge something together to work around this... nope, didn't work. Maybe one day I'll figure-it-out. |

Its been running perfectly for the last week, today I noticed that Sonarr had released a new update. In v3, I had always updated from the Sonarr GUI so tried to do the same but it failed. I'll paste the Sonarr log below. I updated to the latest sonarr qpkg package and when it started up it was the latest version anyway. So the this issue might already be resolved. Heres the Sonarr log: [v4.0.0.748] System.Net.WebException: Failed to read complete http response |

Hi mate, thanks for testing this package. :) The auto-updater in Sonarr won't be able to use the There might be a way to configure the dotnet environment to modify In the mean-time, restarting the QPKG should download the latest Sonarr application release. |

The good news: I've updated the OSonarr QPKG to automatically set the temporary path used by Sonarr. So, we can now update Sonarr via the UI without filling-up the wrong block-device. :) The bad news: the auto-updating part of the service script isn't auto-updating Sonarr on restart. Something for me to fix. update: auto-update via the service script should now be working. :) |

Thank you for this, Sonarr has been running amazing since first install! Now its in the stable branch, is it best I change back to it. Would the command be: setcfg sherpa Git_Branch stable -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf; sherpa reset ? |

@DynaMight1124 quick-question for you… what QTS version is installed on your TS-251B please? I’m guessing you’re on a fairly recent QTS 5? There may be an issue running these dotnet apps on older firmwares. I’m still investigating at this stage. |

Any possibility of releasing a Sonarr package? I love Sherpa and would love to be able to use Sonarr with it :)
Thanks
