support for *arrs?

A quick check shows some dotnet applications will work without access to libicu and some won't. I've not yet compiled libicu into a QPKG. So, applications that don't require libicu will be added to sherpa first.

The following are now available via sherpa:

✅ Bazarr
✅ Kapowarr
✅ Lidarr
✅ Readarr
✅ Sonarr
✅ Tautulli
✅ Whisparr

This one fails during execution and is non-operational at this stage:

😡 FlexGet (Python)

These applications require libicu and are not available via sherpa at this time:

😡 Jackett
😡 Prowlarr
😡 Radarr

Still to test:

⭐ Tdarr

If you know of any others, please mention them below and I'll test-install them to check for compatibility.
