Bug description
Unexpected behavior with event deletion when a user has delegate access to another user's calendar.
To Reproduce
User24 gives User25 delegate access to their calendar.
User25 creates an event in User24's calendar (Event25).
User25 deletes the event from User24's calendar
User24 creates an event in their own calendar (Event24)
User24 deletes the event they themselves created
Observe User24's and User25's "deleted items" folders
Expected behavior
User24's "Deleted Items" should contain Event25 since they are the calendar owner, even though they did not execute the delete action.
Details
Investigating discrepancy in event deletion behavior for calendars with delegate access.
