First release on CircuitPython 7.0.0

This is the first release on CircuitPython 7.0.0
To install:

1. Backup any existing files on the device, especially secrets.py
2. Copy all files from the dist folder to the CIRCUITPY drive

Note
secrets.py needs no WiFi details to function. However, the file must be present.
