The presented qualification report performs simulations of drug disposition and pharmacokinetics in subjects with hepatic impairment (HI) to qualify the parameterization of the foundational anatomy and physiology parameters for virtual populations with HI in the Open Systems Pharmacology (OSP) Suite.
