ixNetRestApi-eol

The IxNetRestApi modules using IxNetwork REST APIs are EOL. Moving forward, this library will preserve the function names, but they will be using RESTPy to execute IxNetwork REST APIs.

RESTPy is superior. It comes with all IxNetwork objects.
