This PR adds support for PiwikPro Analytics:

  • Add configuration for PiwiKPro to settings.json
  • Add patching of index.html for PiwiKPro
  • Update consent management to support both Google Analytics and PiwikPro
  • Add support for analytics in simple Dockerfile
  • Update default values of settings.json

Furthermore, deployment mode is now automatically set when docker files are built.
