This update addresses rules and application updates to facilitate the circled nodes:
This will complete the metamorph metagenome workflow to MAG creation and DNA mapping. The next iterative piece of work will contain the RNA biobakery rules, some additional DNA processing, up to and including potentially RNA and DNA integration rules.
