Action

All agenda items with ids should be added as children to parent_id. If parent_id is null, they are added to the root layer. The keys weight and level have to be adjusted, too, so they are "sorted" under the parent. It must be ensured, that the children of the assigned agenda items are also adjusted.

Attention: With this operation it must be ensured, that no cycles are formed.
