Using standard buttons as hotkey action

Hi, I noticed in the web config you can use S1 or S2 to trigger hotkeys, but you cannot use those buttons as the hotkey"action" (same for the other buttons, except R3/L3).
Is that something impossible by design or a missing implementation??
