trimming off the prefix + : from strings from NeXML is not safe for generic NeXML #44

We're probably only getting nexml from TreeBase or other sources that don't really use multiple elements/attributes that are only distinguishable based on namespaces.
But we are just trimming namespaces in places (such as the _RESOURCE_META_PAT regex)
