Police/Prison setup

Am I missing something completely obvious?
It appears that the Prison mapping is gone or I've done something wrong. I understand how to make interiors after looking at the code, but cannot for the life of me find the prison mapping/intid to create the prison.
Can someone verify it's gone or am I missing something, please.

Does anyone know this? Just curious if the prison mapping was removed. I can teleport to the cells, set my inter/dim but only the cell doors show up, nothing else.
