A few things.

First off, my compliments to the developers. This has become a very HUGE learning experience for me. Never used MTA or ran a server, but I'm playing around with this and it's teaching me Lua.
The commenting on the code has helped me and tinkering around with things has been very educational. One thing I'm struggling with is understanding the texture resource. I understand that it uses IMGUR API, but it seems to point to a PHP File at ICWEB. I'm not sure exactly what that does.
Was hoping someone could elaborate on this.
