Currently there is no means of specifying a t_0 different from 0.0. Would be helpful to allow for that.

If not, at least t < 0.0 should be reported as an error during validation (will not help in cases t_0 is meant to be > 0.0, but at least for some cases with t_0 < 0.0).

Where would be the best place to do that? It seems measurement condition specific, so one could specify it via a column 't0' in the condition table (reserved name)?

Agreed, should be part of condition table.
