Change HDMI out from interlaced to fixed

Hi,
I am having some issues with a display that does not accept interlaced video input. In particular, from this I'd like to try the following resolutions:

• HDMI_VO_1080P
• HDMI_VO_1080P30

I am pretty sure I have the basics of creating the .ash file, but what is the syntax to set these?

I did read issue #12 but I do not need 60fps
