New Features
- Split all-in-one project file into 4 *.xpr files (one per sub-design).
- Added a timing design with additional timing constraints and an MMCM.

- Disabled incremental compile
- Renamed synth and impl runs to default names.
- Renamed source fileset to sources_1, so simulation is working again.
