What
Updates the annotation pipeline to use dynamic inputs from the other rules (by using the
rules.rule_name.output). Also fixes a bug in the ab_splice part of the pipeline where it was not generating the correct input files. Also updates the docs to include the correct image of the rulegraph in the docs.
