Greetings 👋!

I am a passionate data scientist with a Ph.D. in Economics, where I explore the intricate relationships between data and economic phenomena, with a particular focus on the real estate market, amenities and disamenities, and environmental factors. With over 5 years (and counting) of hands-on experience in the field, I navigate the nuances of data and its idiosyncrasies on a daily basis.
