Split into Python 2.7 vs. 3.6 branches #30

Leave legacy version as branch for Python 2.7.

Formalize move to 3.6 with multithreading branch after fixing it.

Also, cure cancer, formalize world peace and understand technological problems with having decent turkey bacon.
