If there is a include error in rf2o_laser_odometry package. Delete line #include <tf2_geometry_msgs/tf2_geometry_msgs.hpp> in rf2o_laser_odometry/include/rf2o_laser_odometry/CLaserOdometry2DNode.hpp.
