This adds support for 515.1643, 515.1644, 1645, and 1646 on both Windows and Linux
Linux 1643 ported upstream from mafemergency@9d1fc8f, everything else found by yours truly.
I refactored the event_pipe functions to use C11 threading and such, over the previous bespoke platform-specific implementations.
Also added a
compile_flags.txtso I can properly use the clangd language server when coding for this.
