Where:
Build file 'E:\Downloads\patchwork-api-0.10.0\build.gradle' line: 27
What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating project ':patchwork-api-base'.

No HEAD exists and no explicit starting revision was specified

any help would be nice, I am new here

Using git to clone down the master branch would be what you're looking for. 0.10.0 is really old.
