Scaling PoB to my vertical screen makes the right side of the upper bar (loadouts e.g.) inaccessable #8352

When I resize PoB the top bar (loadouts) should be accessable

When I resize PoB the top bar (loadouts becomes inaccessable.

How to reproduce the issue

My vertical screen is set to 1080 x 1920, adjusting the window size of PoB to it's width of 1080 cuts out the rightmost part of the top bar.

I have found an issue similar to this, I believe it could be related.

On windows go on Settings>Display>Scale, when the a multiplier is higher than 125% the upper and lower parts of the UI are clipped.
This isn't as noticeable when the window is maximized, however the top bar is still truncated like in the original report

Keeping the window size and changing the scale value:

Scale = 125%:

Scale = 150%:
image

Scale = 175%:
image

Note that with scaling set at 100% the window fits all the UI elements even when resized to the smallest possible window size the application allows.
