Multi-CB B2B only

Unfortunately, it seems multi-CB have chosen to go B2B only.

I don't have a recommendation for an alternative.

Thanks for the update. That's a shame...

JLCPCB are very good, reliable, not expensive and will deliver to anyone. But they can only work with Gerbers...

If I get some spare time, I'll add the Gerbers to the repo.

I can produce gerbers, that's not too much of a problem. I am going to try either them, or Eurocircuits https://www.eurocircuits.de/studenten-lehrer/student/ who have a nice attitude to students and the responsibility to support learners.
