Celebrations Classic Collection Groupings

As far as I can tell, There are 5 different groupings of Classic Collection Pull Rates, which I am calling Rarest, Rare, Uncommon, Common and Garchomp. Exact Pull Rate Data per card is in the data Spreadsheet, the groupings are simply here for easy reading. Given the wide ranges it may be per-card rarity instead or more groups, but it would need a proper statistical analysis. n=9704
