1、 Open tenhou web client: https://tenhou.net/3/
2、Press the settings button (gears)
3、Navigate to SE menu.
4、Uncheck the default setting.
5、Paste the this link: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/perocoed/tenhou-se-and-bg/master/ followed by name of the file
Example: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/perocoed/tenhou-se-and-bg/master/SE_Saki.json to use saki preset voice with MJS sound effects.
