Safe and Mine "add" button sometimes seems not to work

This happened to one of our visitors at the IIW Demo table Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 15:30 MDT. He entered his contact data and message, clicked "add" and then the edit window popped back up after a few seconds. That got into a UX loop. He then showed me something he got either by email or on his phone, with a big long link, on which he clicked and then the edit window stopped coming back. We were able to finish the demo (although it made us late to closing circle).

I am guessing that Manifold was verifying either his phone number or his email address, and that was timing out or something. We should indicate clearly what we are doing and what we expect of the owner, so that they understand what is going on.
