Easy Atmos

I'd like to make the atmos systems in ships easier. We probably want some sort of air generators. How do they work? Make some random bullshit up and we will roll with it. Dungeon gates exist so do with that as you will.

This should help speed up gameplay hopefully and leaves all the other advanced atmos stuff to those that actually want to do it.
