Restructure blokchain module for Hong Kong (#879)

* Remove old schedule and hybrid schedule * Remove some old wishful thinking from start a blockchain activity * Prune unstoppable applications * Prune dag based consensus * depricate fees, ordering slides * renumber remaining slides to match new outline
