In platforms like gitcoin, if you raise a certain amount of funds like $500K you are inellgible.
Since we are based on levels of fudning, we have SBTs for levels of funding, but we have not enforced what makes a project inelligbile. Right now dependent on chef to manually give reason and disprove.
How should we enforce this. DOes one SBT make you inellgibly for lwoer round?
