[BUG] Redirect after successful donation should show success page

Describe the bug
When I make a donation and am redirected back to PotLock app, success page should be rendered. See screenshots below. Not sure if this modal has been built yet or not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
