[ENHANCE] Remove hard-coded funding source in project registration form, fix total funding amount

When registering a new project, a default/hard-coded funding source is added, and the "Total Funding" number is incorrect (hard-coded). Default funding source should be removed, and Total Funding amount should be correct.
