Updated support page

This PR combines the previous support page, with the contact page. It now has all the ways users can get help using PL.

• Request a course
• Schedule a demo: link to Calendly
• Get Started Tutorial (in later PRs we will add better tutorials, now just linking to docs)
• Example Course (we can consider linking to the courses OER page in the future, now linking to XC 101)
• Documentation: link to readthedocs
• Slack Community: link to join Slack Workspace
• GitHub Discussions: link to GitHub Discussions
• Weekly office hours

Other things that need to be addressed:

• decide on icons for "Get Started", "Example Course" and "Documentation"
• adjust HelpCard to remove spacing between title and body, as well as add margin left of the image, and also make better adjustment of the image sizes when screen gets narrower

I know :-( I just can't figure out how to do that, reason why I left that as an unchecked box in the comment section. I have tried different things, but none look good. I am hoping @nwalters512 can help me with that.
