verbose debug output?

How can I explicitly see all requests and responses being made to the model? As things stand when I run (for context running from jupyter nb) a task I see a range of outputs pop up and disappear and then see a final output - I would like a way to look at the entire chain of requests/responses that happened after the task completes?
