Getting this TypeError with my bot

Here is my code:

bot.on("respawn", async () => {
  let chestBlock = await bot.blockAt(Vec3(x, y, z))
  let chest = await bot.openChest(chestBlock)

  await chest.withdraw(452, null, 1)
})

It works when the bot first spawns, but after that it throws this error:
