Technical Preview 3 continues to build upon the 1.0.0 technical previews with new features, bug fixes, etc.

Technical Preview 3 introduces the following:

• SEAlice, the system integrity policy, will be made available as a beta.
• Stop errors have been slightly redesigned with error codes and a QR code to quickly access the AliceOS Error Database.
• Modular RPA system for copying the base and upgrading core components more easily
